Character Name WoW Armory Pharyu
Class Death Knight Death Knight
Level 85
Race Worgen
How old are you? 25
What is/are your current spec(s)? Frost (dps/pvp)and blood offspec.
How familiar are you with these spec(s)? I am very familiar with all the specs. Raided ICC with unholy, and occasionally blood tanked in WotLK. Cata I mainly played Unholy untill the nerf in 4.0.6 then I switched to frost which I have come to really like: especially when the dps numbers back the play style. I have always had a blood offspec and do not mind tanking, but dps is my focus.
What makes your particular spec(s) useful? Frost is the king of burst for DK's, as has some nice aoe ability once diseases, DnD are stacked and start HB spam.
Please list your professions and reasons for choosing them. Blacksmithing and Jewelcrafting which were initially and primary for the flat stat boosts. I try to keep up with Jewelcrafting cuts to help everyone stay gemmed, and I like keeping BS up to help people with anything they need - weather it be new crafted raid gear or getting a new weapon for an alt they are leveling. Also I am very into cooking and fishing. I have my Chef's title and chef's hat, and would be into helping prepare the feasts/ food for raiding.
Demonstrate that you know our raid times. Can you make those times? What is your current Time Zone? 4 hour raid: 7-11 server time Tuesday & Thursday. This sounds great for me- not tying up my weekend nights, but still getting 2 solid raids a week. Anything more then 2-3 raids a week, and I feel like its a 2nd job. I am PST, and can make the raid time, and will also be getting to bed at a decent time. Over all sounds like a good balance with the RL
Do you have experience with End-Game Raiding? Which, and how much? My main raiding experience in WoW comes from ToC and ICC when they were current content. Cleared ToC on normal many times, and spent many a nights trying to kill Heroic Anub. ICC was the main raid zone I raided from the start. Cleared all the way to Synd, and never got LK down before i got burned out/ RL made it impossible to raid.
Please list your former raiding guilds (if any) and your reasons for leaving:

The Nyx (Emerald Dream)-Too RP focused, and too much guild drama within the officer core.
The Velvet Lounge (Emerald Dream) - Burn out/ RL scheduled change.

Please link a WoL/other appropriate report of a recent raid: I have not raided in Cata yet other then in Tol Barad raid zone. Not sure if an old ICC raid would be reverent at all.
Do you know anyone currently in Tremor, and will they vouch for you? Nope. Hoping ya'll like my pretty face enough to fool you into letting me hang out and raid.
Why are you applying to Tremor? Seems like a really solid guild that has the same approach to the game as me. Good emphasis on community, and having fun while kick ass and taking names in raiding.
What are your goals for the game? First and foremost getting geared up for raiding. I spent a little while in Cata, but never got the opportunity to do some solid raiding. So i mostly pvp'ed which (big shocker!) ended up with pvp gear. Mostly looking forward to finding a good community to hangout with, and to enjoy and support each other. Still want to pvp, but probably not on an arena level. Just some random bg's on off nights.
What do you expect from Tremor? Fun and active community of players. Maybe to help with where/ how to catch up with gear ( I haven't played since before Firelands are out.) Looking for a permanent home in Tremor- not just a place to raid. Hopefully get to the point where i can help people out with anything I can help with.
Do you feel as if you can take constructive criticism and, what is your idea of constructive criticism? For sure i think that is the mark of a good raider, or good anything:teammate, employee. Constructive criticism is adjustments you can make personally that benefit the whole group. Weather its an adjustment you make, or given to you by a class lead or raid leader.
What is your idea of a good time in WoW? Really for me comes down to having fun with the people you play with, I tried the super hardcore "OMG we need 2 kill bosses plz!!" in Wrath. Which yes we did kill a lot of bosses but people were dicks, and not just because I was a trial raider- they were dicks to each other. The most fun I've ever had in an MMO was with a tight knit group doing whatever.
Do you have any latency/FPS/computer issues? If so, how will you fix them? Nope. WoW runs great on my machine.
Do you have headphones with a microphone, and are you willing to use them as required? Yes I have a Logitech wireless headset that works spectacular. I have, and currently use mumble which I like. It sounds much clear then vent IMO.
I should be invited because: Think I can be a great addition to your guild and raid force. I am in it to have fun, and can roll with the punches when it comes to banter in /guild or in voice chat.
Anything else you would like to add: Would be totally down with jumping in mumble to chat for a bit if needed.
